In our Asakusa studio we offer private lessons packages to accommodate people in the following situations:
- Traveling Families who need a tailored sequence and schedule
- Individuals or groups who prefer private coaching and privacy
- Those with special needs due to injury, pregnancy etc
- Those who wish to practice yoga outside of the group classes regular schedule.
Private lessons can be given in English or Japanese.

The studio for private lessons is located in the center of Asakusa, the most traditional sightseeing spot in Tokyo. It is just 5 minutes walk from Sensō-ji Temple or Kaminarimon Gate, situated right in front of the Asakusa Public Hall, across Orange street above Japan Zone shop.

The studio for packages with the premium option is a gorgeous traditional Japanese tatami room in the Asakusa Public Hall (浅草公会堂).
It is the red brick building right across the street from our Asakusa Studio.
To book a lesson in the premium tatami studio you should first ask us to confirm availabilities then purchase both a standard package of your choice (one per person in your group) and a premium option (one for the whole group) separately.
Price for the premium tatami studio option is +¥5,700 paid once for the whole group (non refundable once confirmed).
The studio being in high demand, and also being used for various events from the city hall (Kabuki shows in January or Samba Festival in August for example), it is recommended to book in advance.
The premium option will be paid separately after confirmation of availability from us. It is non refundable once confirmed due to the cancellation policy of the Asakusa Public Hall.

Easy Flow Yoga for Joint Pain
This yoga sequence is designed for people with joint pain or people who prefer an easy-on-the-body sequence. It is an easy flow sequence including sun salutation and meditation at the end.

Best balance for practitioners seeking to refresh the body and the mind.

Power Yoga and Inversions
This yoga sequence is for those who want to go hardcore, or for those who are eager to try challenging poses.
Of course I will adjust the strength level according to your needs.
Your limits will always be respected, and safety is a priority.

This yoga sequence emphasizes on poses that stretch the back, neck and legs to remove all stress from the body.

Yin Yoga and Meditation
This is a very slow sitting sequence that helps get in a meditative state and recenter the energy and focus.
Guided meditation will take the latter part of the hour.
Ideal for those with physical limitation (injury, pregnancy etc) or those looking to get some time away from daily turmoil.

You can add this option to upgrade to the premium tatami studio in the Asakusa Public Hall situated right across the street from our Asakusa Studio.

Booking Method and Cancellation Policy
Bookings are made by clicking on the payment link in the package description.
In the payment form please write your desired date and time.
Bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance, and as close as 18 hours before the desired date and time.
Note that in the rare case where the studio was not available on your requested time (for various reasons not in our control), we might propose to do the lesson at a different time or in one of our other studios in Kuramae or Matsugaya, both at 10 minutes walk from the Asakusa Studio.
If you are not satisfied with the change proposal you will be fully refunded right away.
Bookings that include a premium tatami studio option must be made after getting confirmation of availability from us. The premium tatami studio option once confirmed is not refundable due to the public hall cancellation policy.
Cancellations for private lesson packages can be made no questions asked up to 24 hours in advance with a full refund (excluding the premium tatami studio option). However, cancellation requests made at a later time will not be refunded.
