Every week from Tuesday to Sunday, come and practice yoga by joining one of our regular group class with our local students in the heart of Tokyo Asakusa and nearby Kuramae, Honjo and Yokokawa.

No membership, No reservation required.
Drop in is ¥2,000

Classes are given in Japanese but non Japanese speakers are welcome to join too. Instructions are easily understandable.

Rental mats can be rented for free. If you need to rent a mat please send a message using the contact form at the bottom of this page.

Basic Yoga

Recommended to beginners.

Easy Flow Yoga

A gentle Vinyasa Yoga sequence.

Vinyasa yoga with more poses variations.

Relaxation Yoga

A sequence with focus on relaxing the body and mind before sleeping with emphasis on deep stretches.

Asakusa Studio (Kitahachi Honsha Bldg)

On Tuesday morning, Tuesday evening and Saturday morning classes take place on the 3rd floor of Kitahachi Honsha Building which is situated right in front of the Asakusa Public Hall, across Orange street above Japan Zone shop.

Kuramae Studio (Hasegawa Dance Academy)

On Sunday morning the lessons take place in Hasegawa Dance Academy, close to Kuramae station (7min walk from Tawaramachi or 15min walk from Asakusa stations).

This studio is situated 3-5min from Kurame station (Oedo Line or Asakusa Line but Oedo Line exits are closer).
You can also come on foot from Tawaramachi station or Asakusa station (Ginza Line). It takes 7min/15min respectively.

Honjo Studio (BIG SHIP)

On Sunday evening the location is in Sumida Ward just across the river from Taito Ward. Classes take place in Honjo ichome BIG SHIP. Nearest station is Kuramae exit A7. It is also walking distance from Asakusa at about 15min.

Yokokawa Studio (Sumida Park Place)

On Saturday afternoon the location is in Sumida Ward near Sky Tree. Classes take place in Sumida Park Place in Yokokawa. The nearest station is Oshiage Station exit B2.

Matsugaya Studio

This studio is used for small groups private lessons depending on availabilities and preference. It is located at about 10 minutes walk from the Asakusa Studio.

200-hour certified yoga teacher since 2013, I have more than 12 years experience teaching yoga and training teachers.
I trained in Jivamukti Yoga in New York and Shivananda Yoga in India.
I founded Asakusa Yoga Studio in Tokyo in 2018.
