Every week from Tuesday to Sunday, come and practice yoga in the heart of Tokyo Asakusa and nearby Kuramae, Honjo and Yokokawa.

No membership, No reservation required.
Drop in is ¥2,000

Classes are given in Japanese but non Japanese speakers are welcome to join too. Instructions are easily understandable.

Rental mats can be rented for free. If you need to rent a mat please send a message using the contact form at the bottom of this page.

While this is a women only class, families and men are welcome to join if accompanied by a female.

On Tuesday morning, Tuesday evening and Saturday morning classes take place on the 4th or 5th floor of the Asakusa Public Hall, or on the 3rd floor of Kitahachi Honsha Building which is situated right in front of the Asakusa Public Hall, across Orange street above Japan Zone shop.

On Wednesday morning, Friday evening and Sunday morning the lessons take place in Hasegawa Dance Academy, close to Kuramae station (7min walk from Tawaramachi or 15min walk from Asakusa stations).

On Friday evening and Sunday evening the location is in Sumida Ward just across the river from Taito Ward. Classes take place in Honjo ichome BIG SHIP. Nearest station is Kuramae exit A7. It is also walking distance from Asakusa at about 15min.

On Thursday morning and Saturday morning the location is in Sumida Ward near Sky Tree. Classes take place in Sumida Park Place in Yokokawa. The nearest station is Oshiage Station exit B2.

Access to Asakusa Public Hall and Kitahachi Honsha Building

The Asakusa Public Hall is situated at the end of Orange Street in the center of Asakusa. When you enter the Public Hall (浅草公会堂) from the central entrance take the elevator on your right up to the 4th or 5th floor (please check the schedule).
Classes also take place on the 3rd floor of the Kitahachi Honsha Building (喜多八本社ビル) situated right in front of the Public Hall on the other side of Orange Street above Japan Zone shop. Take the elevator at the end of the corridor to the 3rd floor.

This studio is situated 3-5min from Kurame station (Oedo Line or Asakusa Line but Oedo Line exits are closer).
